UK Delivery

All lenses are dispatched within 1 business day via Evri Tracked delivery. Customers should expect to receive their item within 3 business days of making their order.

International Delivery

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard delivery. Delivery typically takes 7-10 days (occasionally longer which is out of our control) so please be patient if your order is a couple of days late.

Returns

We want to make sure you are totally satisfied with our products, so we back everything we make with an industry-leading guarantee. You can put our products to the test and if you're not loving them, send them back within 14 days and we’ll give you a full refund.

Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is deemed to be defective by BatterEasy or was sent by BatterEasy to the customer by mistake.
